Email marketing you own outright

Stop renting your mailing list back from Mailchimp every month.

ReplaMail is an email marketing system you buy once. Campaigns, automations, signup forms and landing pages, for every brand you run, from one install on your own server. Your list, your database, no monthly fee that climbs as it grows.

One payment. Complete source code, 12 months of updates, 30 days of setup support.

Your list lives on your server. Not in someone’s billing plan.

How the mail moves

It sends through your own provider, not ours

ReplaMail is software you run. It hands each email to your sending account — Amazon SES, SMTP2GO, Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, or any plain SMTP server. Nothing routes through us, which is exactly why there is no per-contact price to pay.

from your address

Nothing in that chain is us. We never see your contacts, never hold your list, and never meter your sends — there is no step where we could. Seven providers are supported today, and any SMTP server works without one.

What it actually costs

Counted honestly, with the sending included

A monthly plan already includes delivery, so comparing it against our $299 alone would be dishonest. The row below carries our sending cost too — Amazon SES at ten cents a thousand — because that is what you would really pay.

On a 10,000-contact listEvery monthYear oneFive years
Mailchimp Standard$135$1,620$8,100
Mailchimp Premium$350$4,200$21,000
ReplaMailnothing$477$1,189

Mailchimp’s own published list prices for the 5,001–10,000 contact tier, read from their pricing page on 6 October 2026 (new customers at this size get 15% off the first year, for a limited time) — check it yourself, it is not hidden. ReplaMail’s year one is the $299 licence, plus about $48 of Amazon SES (four sends a month to 10,000 people is 480,000 emails a year, at $0.10 a thousand: SES’s à la carte rate. New SES accounts start on its Essentials plan at $0.16 a thousand and can switch at any time), plus roughly $130 of server. After that it is sending and server only. A bigger list costs us nothing extra per contact — only the sending, which is pennies a thousand.

Everything included

The whole job, not the starter tier

There is one version. Nothing on this page is an upgrade, an add-on, or a feature that unlocks at a higher plan.

Writing and sending

  • A drag-and-drop designer with 21 block types — heading, text, button, picture, product, quote, list, video, galleries, social links, signature, countdown. Drop a merge tag straight into a sentence.
  • 15 ready-made starts — five layouts plus ten written for a trade: café, shop, gym, restaurant, consultant, software, charity, trades, salon, events.
  • Email that survives Outlook. Tables and inline styles, because Outlook on Windows renders with Word — a design that looks right in Gmail collapses there otherwise.
  • Seven sending providers — Amazon SES, SMTP2GO, Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, or any SMTP server at all.

Automations that branch

  • A visual flow builder — send, wait, ask a question, tag, add to a list, call a webhook. Drag the steps where you want them.
  • Questions about real behaviour — did they open it, did they click it, do they have this tag, are they on that list, does a detail match.
  • Starts from what happens — joining a list, getting a tag, being added at all, clicking a link, or your own software saying so.
  • Unsubscribing pulls them out of everything, immediately, in every automation they were in.

Growing the list

  • Takes a signup from any form you already have — your own HTML, Typeform, Google Forms, Webflow, Zapier. It works out the field names itself.
  • Its own form builder and landing pages too, built in the same editor as the emails, on your own domain.
  • Rules on arrival — this form starts that automation, this answer adds that tag, this country joins that list.
  • Import from Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign as a CSV, and paste their unsubscribes into the blocked list so nobody who left is emailed again.

Honest about delivery

  • One-click unsubscribe headers, the postal address, and the real unsubscribe link on every marketing email — what Gmail and Yahoo have required of bulk senders since 2024.
  • A blocked address is never emailed. Not by import, not by the API, not by a campaign, not by a receipt.
  • Nobody gets the same campaign twice, even if the server falls over mid-send.
  • It checks your SPF and DMARC for real before you send, and says plainly when a provider is connected but not yet able to deliver.

The part nobody else does

Every business you run, from one install

This is the reason ReplaMail exists. Most email tools give you one brand per account and bill you again for the next one. ReplaMail treats brands as a first-class thing, and there is no limit on them.

Two brands side by side in ReplaMail, each with its own from-address and sending setup

Its own name on the envelope

Each brand has its own from-name, from-address, reply-to, logo, colours and postal footer. Nothing says which other businesses you run.

Its own sending account

Point one brand at Amazon SES and another at SMTP2GO if you like. A reputation problem on one never touches the other.

Contacts never leak between them

Lists, tags, blocked addresses and reports are separated per brand, and the same person can be on two of them with different consent.

One licence, one server, one update

Not one account per business. Add the fifth brand and the price is still what you already paid.

Or just ask for it

Draft a campaign by saying so

ReplaMail ships an MCP server, so an AI assistant can write a draft, add contacts, tag people and read your figures directly — on your own server, against your own list.

You Draft next month’s note to the Newsletter list.

Assistant Drafted — “What is on this month”. No audience set; it is waiting for you.

You How did the last one do?

Assistant 45 delivered, 55.6% opened, 15.6% clicked. The shop link took most of it.

Fifteen tools, not a demo

  • Write a campaign draft, build the email from blocks, and read back what it will look like.
  • Add and update contacts, tag them, put them on lists, start an automation.
  • Read your figures — what was sent, opened and clicked, per brand and per campaign.

It cannot send. On purpose.

  • There is no send tool, and there never will be. An assistant can write the draft; a person presses send.
  • That is not a limitation we forgot to lift — it is written into the code and guarded by a test, because an assistant that can email ten thousand people on a misread instruction is not a feature.
  • Everything else it does is reversible. Sending is the one thing that is not.

And the ordinary ways in

  • A REST API with its own reference screen inside the app, built from the live routes so it cannot fall behind the code.
  • A Zapier app and a Make app, both built and tested.
  • Signed outgoing webhooks for every event, with replay protection — and a failing webhook can never slow or break a send.
  • Transactional email too: one receipt to one person, from your own software.
Repli asking an assistant to draft a campaign

It drafts. You send. That line is in the code, not the marketing.

Three bonuses · $533 · included free

Three more things, yours as well

Every ReplaMail licence comes with three more products, yours to keep — worth more together than the licence you are buying.

ReplaForms — a form builder you own $299free

  • It is the form at the bottom of this page. Scroll down and fill it in — that is the product, running.
  • Conditional logic, so a question nobody needs to answer is never shown.
  • Drop-off reported question by question, so you find out which one is costing you answers.
  • Posts straight into ReplaMail, so an answer can start an automation.

PressHand — WordPress, by asking $97free

  • A Mac and Windows app that edits your WordPress site by conversation. Write a post, fix a page, change the menu, add a picture — by saying what you want.
  • It talks to your own sites from your own machine, so nothing about your site passes through us.
  • Connects Claude to every site you own — one payment, no per-site fee.

ReplaStats — your figures inside WordPress $137free

  • A plugin that puts your website statistics inside wp-admin — six figures with the change on the period before, a chart, five reports, and a live count of who is on the site now.
  • No cookies and no cookie banner, and nothing is stored in your WordPress database, so the site stays fast.
  • Comes with a full year of hosted statistics ($108). The plugin ($29) is yours to keep after the year.

$533

of products, sent with your licence key and included with every licence on this page — single company and agency alike. Worth more than the licence you are buying. That is deliberate.

Repli cheering about the bonuses

That is $533 of extras, and you keep every one of them.

Before you buy, not after

What it deliberately isn’t

Not a sending service

You bring your own provider — Amazon SES, SMTP2GO, Resend or any SMTP server. That is why there is no per-contact fee, and it means you are responsible for your own sender reputation.

No SMS, no social posts

It does email, and the things that feed email: forms, landing pages, automations, lists. If you want one tool that also sends texts and schedules Instagram, this is not it.

An assistant cannot send

The MCP server drafts, tags and reports. It has no send tool and will not be given one. If you wanted “AI sends my campaigns”, say no to this.

You need a server

One command sets it up, but the machine is yours, and so are its backups — roughly €5–15 a month. Or we set it up for you.

Own your list.

$299 once. Every brand you run, unlimited contacts, your own sending account. Nobody bills you again because the list grew.

The demo signs in with demo / demo. It is read-only, so nothing you do there changes anything.

Repli waiting for your question

Questions before you buy? hello@replamail.com — a person reads it and writes back, usually the same working day.

Every message here raises a ticket, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You get a reply by email, and we can carry on in the chat at the corner of this page if that is easier.
